Who we are
A new family business engaged in the production, standardisation and marketing of superior quality extra virgin olive oil. The privately owned olive grove lies at the greater and fertile plain of Peloponnese, at the Ilia county …Grown only with natural methods with the aim of producing limited quantity but excellent quality product.
We grow the dominant Greek koroneiki variety. It has light green color, moderate to intense fruity, rich flavor and excellent aftertaste duration. Moderate to intense bitter and spicy, excellent balance, and often presenting aromas of green cut leaves, fresh grass that adds ultra freshness.
Our Brand Name
Alpha “α” the first letter of the Greek alphabet, also used as symbol of superior class or outstanding quality.
Pi “π” the number which is a mathematical constant, infinite in digits, a miracle with no limit!
These two letters, which also represent our family initials, are selected to brand an exceptional product of everlasting superior quality.
100% koroneiki variety olives, handpicked and sorted immature “green”,
and within 24 hours cold pressed in temperature below 26°C.
In this manner only the “flower” of the olive oil, the best of the best passes to the next process of bottling.
It is important to mention that from 12 kgs of olives, only 1 kg of “alpha pi” olive oil is produced.

We aim our Alpha Pi olive oil to be made availiable to both individual and commercial consumers that share a quest for a unique product of superior quality and appealing taste.
The time spent between oil pressing and bottling is crucial and influences the characteristics and quality of the olive oil.
Within this in mind “alpha pi” oil is stored in special vats for a short period of time until bottling.
As a result, we are able to preserve the freshness and aromas of the olive oil, both of which will be evident throughout its life. We use two sizes in our packaging.
A smaller “economy” tin size of 250ml, and a “luxury” bottle of 500ml.
In both package types we use materials that are absolutely appropriate for olive oil conservation.
The added protection rendered to the luxury package is the use of special tinted glass that protects the olive oil from the sun light and heat.
On the 1st of its participation, in the international olive oil competition which held in London (London Olive Oil Competition) won two silver medals in the “Best Label” categories and “Better Image” , but also a bronze medal in the category “Innovation“.
