At the foot of Mount Parnassos, just 17 km from the skiing resorts lays the main village Amfikleia which overlooks the valley of Viotic Kifissos.
Here is located the traditional pasta production unit of Giannis Mpalomenos with a history of more than 25 years.
With a unique blend of traditional technique with the most modern equipment, we produce chilopita (Greek noodles), trachanas, lasagne, kritharaki (form of short-cut pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice) etc., made with local ingredients and based on traditional recipes of the village.
The reputation of the traditional pasta of Amfikleia has reached across all Greece and the tasty products are available upon request.
