The TERRA FYLLIDA based in Nea Zichni – Serres in northern Greece, was found in 2015 on the production of goods from Greek mushrooms.
Products with special taste but above all quality, no preservatives, no additives, no chemicals or dyes, without flavor enhancers, and featuring exquisite.
Can accompany salty and sweets, in everyday or evening seating, satisfying every taste, from the simplest to the most sophisticated!
In our own modern facilities the international standard ISO 22000 is applied for food safety management and we take care of all our suppliers to be certified with HACCP and ISO standards accordingly.

CHUTNEY
Chutney is a jam like texture sweet and sour sauce of Indian origin, which is very popular almost all over Europe.
It is made of exotic fruits such as mangos, but also made of apples, onions, garlic, tomatoes, sugar, vinegar and spices. In our version, we combined mushrooms and the exotic temperament of Chutneys to create two unique sweet and sour aromatic sauces that ideally accompany cheese dishes, grilled meat, red or white wine. You can use it as a green salad dressing, over burgers and as a spread on hot toasted bread. Its irresistible over Greek feta cheese, chunks of parmesan cheese and slices of prosciutto.

MUSHROOM CHUTNEY WITH CORIANDER & ALLSPICE
Sweet & sour pleurotus mushroom sauce simmered in dry red wine with coriander and allspice in a harmonious combination of rich flavors

MUSHROOM CHUTNEY WITH CHILLI, CURRY & ORANGE
A special sweet and sour pleurotus mushroom sauce, slightly spicy, simmered in dry white wine with Indian curry, fresh orange juice and orange zest that assigns an exquisite aroma and a unique flavor effect.

SPOON SWEETS

Spoon sweets are made of fresh seasonal fruits, boiled in sugar syrup, in a way that they preserve their shape, color, flavor and taste. They are part of the Greek gastronomic tradition and hospitality.
Usually served with Greek coffee and a glass of cold water. Ancient Greeks used to boil honey with quince in order to produce a sweet called MELIMILON.

PLEUROTUS MUSHROOM SPOON SWEET WITH ROASTED ALMONDS & VANILLA FLAVOR
Mushrooms meet the Greek tradition and change the point of view we had about spoon sweets so far. Fresh Pleurotus mushrooms are chopped in thin strips, simmered in a fresh lemon juice and brown raw sugar mix that assigns to the syrup a golden-brown color, blended smoothly with a vanilla flavor and crunchy roasted almonds. It is an aesthetically unique dessert that accompanies yogurt and ice cream, can be also used as an ingredient in puddings and creams, as a filling in pies, sweet tarts and cakes, even over cheesecake.
Recommended also as an excellent sauce for grilled meat dishes.
